It’s not November 2016 anymore! The Toronto real estate market has made a significant price jump in just a few months. Like many buyers and even us agents, are you sick of seeing a sticker price and wondering what it will sell for? Today, listing prices have little merit on what a property will actually sell for.  

That being said, 165 new listings popped up in Toronto’s core in the last two days alone (spring real estate is here)! We selected a few of our favourite listings and asked ourselves one question, WHAT WILL IT SELL FOR?

The estimated sale prices for the four properties below are based on March’s current market trends. Disclaimer: anything can happen.

Our Estimated Sale Price: $530,000
