Located directly above The Beaches comes the aptly named Upper Beaches situated from Woodbine to Victoria Park along Kingston Road. The area was previously called Norway (a postal village in the 1800’s known for its Norway Pines not settlers) but was renamed in 2001 as developers began repurposing the area with real estate.
