Runnymede

The Vibe

Situated just north of Bloor between Jane and Runnymede is the neighbourhood of the same name. Runnymede is a tranquil, family oriented neighbourhood with great schools, affordable housing, and convenient access to shopping and public transit.

The Homes

The home selection in Runnymede is diverse, offering buyers a choice between beautiful old Victorians, English Cottages, and Tudors; or smaller options of pre and post war bungalows, duplex and triplex homes, and an eclectic bunch of more modern semi-detached and detached homes with a variety of exterior finishes from stucco and siding, to brick, wood, and stone. A distinct feature of Runnymede neighbourhood is the ‘gambrel roof’, giving homes a barn-like appearance. The neighbourhood itself is mature and features tree-lined lots with homes ranging between $385,000 (bungalow) and $750,000 (detached).
