The Vibe
Considered one of the most upscale and exclusive neighbourhoods Toronto has to offer, comes Forest Hill. South of Eglinton, north of St. Clair and pocketed east-west between Bathurst and Avenue Road is the neighbourhood that once stood as a village until joining Toronto in 1967.
The Homes
The area now houses the upper class where the average salary is over $500,000 yearly and the average home can be found ticketed at $5,000,000. For that price tag comes large lots, mature trees, and a suburban family lifestyle with a blend of beautiful homes. Architecture is not limited and offers something to everyone looking including luxury condos, townhomes, Tudors, Georgians, French Colonial and even some English Country Manors.

Who Lives Here?
Families can rest assured that the potential for exceptional education is readily available with schools such as Forest Hill Collegiate Institute in the public sector, and Upper Canada College & St. Michael’s Colle School (male) and Bishop Strachan School (female) offered in the private sector.
What's There To Do?
Forest Hill Village is the commercial area in this swanky neighbourhood containing a number of restaurants, shops, and services such as salons, fitness studios, and even a local summer hot spot called The Village Chill serving residents ice cream and frozen yogurt for the warmer months of the year.
What About Commuting?
Public transport includes subway stops at St. Clair and St. Clair West, Eglinton, and Davisville stations with ample bus and streetcar action. This area is considered more car dependent than the downtown core.
