2. The loan will be provided for the duration of the renovation and will be repaid when the sale of the home is completed. 
3. The homeowner will sign an exclusive listing agreement.
4. The homeowner will provide an up-to-date credit check.
5. If the homeowner decides not to sell, the loan will be paid back immediately or through monthly payments plus interest.
